Modern Slavery Statement

Voluntary Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement (2025/2026)

Our Commitment

Although Leading Cyber does not fall within the statutory threshold of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (turnover of £36m+), we believe that ethical business practices are fundamental to our identity as a cybersecurity provider. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting with integrity in all our business dealings.

Our Business & Supply Chain

As a specialist training provider and consultancy company, our "supply chain" is relatively short and low-risk. It primarily consists of:

  • Tier-1 Technology Providers: Global cloud and software vendors (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google) who maintain their own rigorous modern slavery protections.
  • Professional Services: UK-based legal, accounting, and specialised technical contractors.
  • Office Operations: Local utilities and equipment suppliers.

Our Standards & Due Diligence

To ensure we remain a high-integrity partner for our clients, we maintain the following protections:

  • Vetted Recruitment: We only hire through reputable UK recruitment partners or via direct application. We perform "Right to Work" checks on 100% of our team members.
  • Supplier Choice: We prefer to partner with organisations that publish their own Modern Slavery Statements or demonstrate a clear commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.
  • Culture of Transparency: Our team is encouraged to "speak up." We maintain an open-door policy where any ethical concerns regarding our partners or contractors can be raised directly with senior management without fear of retaliation.
  • Fair Pay: We are committed to ensuring all employees and regular contractors are paid at or above the UK Living Wage.

Accountability

This statement is reviewed annually by our leadership team to ensure it remains relevant as Leading Cyber grows. We remain committed to evolving our practices as we scale.
