Prior to the prorgamme, we'll work closely with your leadership and key stakeholders to understand your specific challenges and objectives so that we can build in appropriate impact measurements. The three coaching sessions are 1 hour in length and are scheduled at the beginning, middle and end of the programme to engage 1-2-1 with participants. These are done online or in-person if diaries permit.
The group sessions are delivered in-person, usually half a day to a day in length, dependent on need.
Overall the programme is tailored to be delivered during one month, but can take longer if required.
